Nvidia Drivers, and the best?

I own a Ti4600, and i dont know which drivers are best for this card!!!

Please help me, i am using Nvidia's newest drivers at the moment, downloaded them today...

If older drivers are better, then what version, and where to download???

Thanks people!!!

🙂

44.03 are the best. Play your games at 1600 x 1200 no AA or AF. Use cool bits to overclock. Looks great, very high framerates.

I was just at the Nvidia site and noticed that they just released new video drivers 4 days ago. Has anybody tried them yet ? I guess I'll give them a shot...I have a few issues with some games.

53.03 / winxp-2000......

Yep I tried them on my old GF2 Ti with some games, everything seems fine 🙂.Btw I always update to latest official drivers because they have the latest bug fixes, remember it`s not always about performance, especially on older Nvidia cards.

🙂

I had the prior ones to this I installed a few weeks back.

Question...Should one always delete the present drivers, reboot, then when XP says it found new hardware execute the new file, or can one just execute the new file wthout deleting the old drivers first?

I always hate having to redo all my settings again, especialy the NView stuff, and setting up the desktop manager and clone view for the TV set.

Downloading the 53.03 as I type.

Thanks, Corey

The fastest drivers for the GF4s would be the 4x.xx series. The 5x.xx series is geared for the FX line. Although bug fixes will likely apply to the GF4 line as well.
