In our family we recently had a CC/identity theft issue with a CC number being used all the way across the country at a hotel and over in the UK for a small membership fee.
You don't think I ran through my head, where the number could have been compromised a million times ! I just hope the CC companies are vigilant with using a database that looks for similarities in the losses to weed out, crooks/thiefs when they can. In my case it might have even been a Apple purchase ?
