Nvidia driver questions??

I've got a GeForce 256 DDR Annihilator Pro 32MB video card. I have the detonator Driver 4.12.01.634 instaled w/ the coolbits registry hack also. Will the new Drivers (20.XX) help my performance at all? I have the memory and clock set at 120/286- conservative I know. Just wondering if the drivers would get me a little more performance without OC'ing this thing. I have 3DMark 2000 installed and it scores 5332 at these setings- Don't beat me up about 3DMark benchmarking!!

More then likely you'll see maybe a 7%-10% performance boost(you'd see half that moving up to the 12.90s anyway), although you could see roughly that same boost upping your memory to the 301 default😉
 
Yeah, it's really time to update them. I had used the 6.34 for months and they were stable in any situation.
Between, is your Annihilator underclocked? Why?
