Nvidia driver questions.....

Need to clean up and bring up-to-date a neighbors Gateway system (PIII-500 with a TNT M64 video card). Do I just use the reference 6.50 drivers or the file TNTW9XE.exe, which has no description? No need for bleeding edge stuff, i.e. beta drivers.
