The difference between the XP, and 64-bit XP drivers are that the XP drivers are for Windows XP Home and Professional editions, while the 64-bit XP drivers are for the 64-bit version of Windows XP. The 64-bit version of Windows XP is what is currently used by systems with the Itanium processor, and what will be used by AMD's hammer series.
