NVidia Detonator 12.90 Drivers.....

Firstly, are they any good? Stable?

Secondly, I just downloaded them, and there's no install program. Must I copy the files somewhere? Edit the registry?

Simple questions, I hope.

They are good for me. For installing extract in a directory and go to the display properties, update drivers and point to the directory that you have extracted the drivers.
BTW: the readme file along with the drivers has good instructions.

the 14.XX's are very slow..
