Nvidia crashes and black screen or low res after enabling sli 2x gtx580

Im trying to sli my 2 video cards bought separatedly.
I putted the bridge that come with the mainboard 3 way sli. to work a 2 video cards in sli.. i was thinking that would work normally.
but its guiving me theses errors and not working..
i swiped all drivers nvidia and reinstalled and still no work..
So i posted some pictures to u guys try to understand and if anyone can help me i apreciate.

OBS: My pc specs are:
CPU: Intel Sandy Bridge Core I7 2600K 3.40GHz Quad Box
Asus (Sandy-Bridge) | Maximus IV Extreme
Memória Ram: Kingston 4x 4GB DDR3 1333MHz

There are no pics, or links.

Look in your motherboards manual to see if the 3 way sli bridge also works
with 2 way SLI, and if the cards have to be in particular slots to do so.

-I could run 580sli on a single rail corsair 850 tx but would never oc on it .
just wondering if you should
-make sure power is balanced between the 4 12v outputs
-reset the bios
-if your board has a 12v molex for the pic-e power make sure it's plugged in.
-and I don't see in any pic's where you turned on sli or I'm missing something.
