Hey AT, If you have a Nvidia card and dual displays can you set individual resolutions for each display? At work I just snagged dual displays, one 22" and one 20". I was shocked to see the drivers installed for the quadro card in my computer only allows horizontal span mode with a "sum total" type resolution. Therefore, currently my computer is running in 3280 x 1050. This works but it does result in the 20" screen not utilizing some vertical resolution and it scrolls in the horizontal direction when my mouse is near the edge of the screen.

I know for sure with other companies cards allow this and I was surprised to see no option in the nvidia drivers. I bet I could get our outsourced computer department could be convinced to install the latest drivers if they took care of this issue since then...we all know companies always use the latest drivers! ::rolls eyes::

Any input on this? I figure this is easier than trying to wade through a bunch of unrelated google's guesses at what I want?

If you are using the Nvidia CP applet, then switch the display mode to dual view.

Likely a driver thing, as for years & years now i've been using dual displays with different resolutions for each with a whole bunch of different Radeon & GeForce GPUs.

Cannot speak for Quadros though.
