nVidia Card on ATI chipset

I have an ECS RS480-M (I know everybody hates it but it works good for me). Anyways, I have a eVga 7800GT coming to me and I might even get a 7900GT. Has anyone with this or a similar setup had any problems?
 
I just bought a computer with a Radeon Xpress mb and put in a Geforce 6800 GS without a problem really. The only sticking point is that I still have ATI's Hydravision and Catalyst Control still showing up on my Program menu.
