Nvidia brand or MSI GTX 1080 Founder's Edition?

I want to get a GTX 1080 Founder's Edition card because I might be switched to an m-ATX case and motherboard in my next build and I don't want the video card to blow hot air inside my system. I can order the Nvidia brand GTX 1080 FE from Nvidia's website for $700. I can also order the MSI GTX 1080 FE on Newegg for $680 and comes with a $20 rebate but the rebate expires in a few days from now. They both come with a Watch Dogs 2 redemption code. Should I go with the MSI one or the Nvidia brand one?

They are the same card, the MSI one comes with a free MSI sticker on the card.

Well I just found out during checkout that Nvidia charges sales tax in my state. I also found out today that the MSI one at newegg does not come with a Watch Dogs 2 redemption code any longer but it did yesterday. Best Buy sells the Nvidia brand GTX 1080 FE and it's listed as including a Watch Dogs 2 redemption code.

I finally went with the Zotac GTX 1080 FE that is on Newegg that was on sale for $640 and it comes with a free Watch Dogs 2 redemption code and a free HDMI/VGA adapter (which I don't care for), and free shipping. This was cheaper than the MSI one.

Sad. Well, I would have gone with the version Railven. The WC cooled EVGA card in a small case like that. Assuming you had a fan slot open.
Reference is OK I guess.... I just hate the reference design so much. It's a reference, IMPROVE ON IT BABY!
