NVIDIA Boot Agent?

I am getting a problem with my computer. It will sometimes restart on its own and when the BIOS loads up it then says NVIDIA Boot Agent and a bunch of code and I cant proceed into Windows. I can fix the problem by powering off the computer completely and it doesnt do it again but this problem is annoying and I hope someone in here can tell me how to fix it. My computer specs are Epox 8RDA+ motherboard, Athlon 2100Xp+, geforce 4 ti 4600 video card, samsung 512 pc 2700 memory.
