nVidia beginning the NV30 hype?

Vaugely remains me of nVidia's PR Spin with "The World will never be the same" when the GeForce1 first launched with it's much heralded hardware geometry processing (T&L).

I registered last night. I personally can't wait for the NV30 to come out as I want to buy the TI 4200 version of that card family. I have really enjoyed my NVidia cards, honestly. I have owned two GeForces, 3 GF2s, and one GF4. I plan on buying an NV30 as well, the fastest one I can afford. I think Doom 3 might require it of me. 😀

Too little? Have you used the nv30?

note the "too late" also...stating that he needed something now and considering the 9700PRO slaughters the TI4600 his previous statement "too little too late" is correct, he doesn't have to use the NV30 to say that the 4600 is no match.

not all that off the mark, actually...NV30 has always been rumored to be the first nvidia chip to incorporate 3dfx technology
