I am using a 120Hz LCD I am on Win 7 64, using 260.99 drivers
Do I need a Refresh rate locker or something to force 120Hz while gaming?

Depends on what you mean by a "120Hz LCD". Is it a 120Hz HDTV, does it have 3D features, is it a 3D display? What?
well how about actually saying the model instead of just "120hz LCD"?Gaming on TV LCDs is not that common, we are talking about a non TV 120Hz LCD vs a CRT
Why does everyone on this forum make everything more complicated than it needs to be?
He is running a 120Hz LCD monitor.
We are not talking about FPS cap.
Some games lock themselves to run at 60Hz. Arma II does this.
Most games will run at the refresh rate you set in Windows with the exception of a few games; like the above example.
If you cannot change the refresh rate in game, or in a ini file, RL will force all applications to run at 120Hz refresh as a last resort.
If you know a more elegant solution then please post away.
