NVIDIA already making 65nm chips

That or perhaps a CPU? I'm sure that if they do go 65 nm, they'll try to use it on both G80 and whatever else they have in the oven.

Winner. Probably the 8200 (or whatever it's called).

These progressions almost always start on the low-end, since the circuitry is less complicated and it allows them to really skimp on the power regulation and heatsink for the card while giving greater performance (not to mention greater number of parts per wafer, which is critical in the low end because the profit down there comes from massive quantity, not higher prices).
 
Perhaps a mobile part is more likely. 8400 Go perhaps? Lord knows it would need 65nm to get a half decent power envelope.
