Nvidia 9800 GT 512 Problem?

Hi. Recently bought the above graphics card and been having some trouble. Everything seems to run fine, except after ive been playing a game for 5-10 minutes my computer will completley shut down randomly.

Thought this could be down to PSU so went out and bought a Corsair HX520W but i still have the same problem.

Not sure what else it could be, also have a Gigabyte S Series motherboard and a AMD athlon 5000 dual core CPU if thats any help.

Any ideas?
 
1. Check power (which you've already done)
2. Make sure the power is connected to the graphics card
3. Check for overheating
4. Check for driver updates

Also, does the computer just hard power off? or does it bluescreen?
