The 8800GTXs can be placed in a 3 way but the 8800GTs don't have the exstra bridge needed to support a 3 way unless i'm missing something.

As for PSUs i don't know of any that have enough PCI-e connectors to support 3 GTXs. But any PSU sporting 4 PCI-e power connectors should be able to support a decent system running 3 8800GTs.

Etasis 750w has 4 pci-e connectors IIRC. And I'm sure most 700w units and up will have 3 or more pci-e 6pin connectors. And I think 700w is what you need for tripple SLI.

Oh yeah, kinda forgot about that. Just checked some randomn PSU's, like the Thermaltake Toughpower, which comes with 3 6pins, and 3 8pin pci-e connectors. SILVERSTONE OP800 comes with 4x6 and 2x8.

For a 3GTX setup, I'd probably invest in a good 850, 1kW PSU. Throw in a Quad Core and a whole bunch of drives...damn, I wish I was rich.

I would say you would want close to a 1KW to be safe. Maybe something in the 850 range.
