nVidia 71.89 Drivers - Override refresh rate

Okay, I know I am a little late in updating my drivers for my 6800 GT, but I just got around to it. Why in the hell was the override refresh rate tab removed for the new drivers? I googled for a little, but couldnt find any straight answer on how to get it fixed/back/replaced.. do I need to use another program to override my refresh rates from now on, or is there a fix to get it back or something?

It's still there. I use the 71.89's. I also use coolbits too, but I didn't think you needed that to unlock the refresh override feature.
