its a piece of crap. It's way too underpiped/underclocked to compete with other midrange cards. I haven't seen many reviews of it (likely because no one is buying/selling them), but I did see one, and it was basically as fast as a 5900XT. It gets blown away by the 6600GT, since the 6600GT has just as many pipes and a 200MHz clockspeed advantage. I think it might have a slight memory bandwidth advantage (256-bit) but that doesn't really get a chance to shine since the card's GPU is way too slow to play in eye candy modes. Overall, I'd avoid this card like the plague and look at a 6600GT instead (or an X800 if you can find it at its $200 MSRP)

If you can find the EVGA LE, which I doubt you can, it uses an ULTRA core and memory and PCB, can be flashed to an ultra no prob. The rest of the LEs suck.

Uhhhh... the 6600GT has 8 pipelines as well... Don't know where you came to the conclusion that it has MORE...

Actually, it's eVGA "Limited Edition" no where's on the box or card does it say "LE" 🙂, and i'm sure it's part of the reason you will never see them again because of the confusion. I have one, awesome card and a killer deal on getting a 6800Ultra for $325 🙂
I think for the difference i've seen the 6800 non-GT/Ultra vers the 6800LE price wise there was not much difference. Get the 6800, stay away from the LE

So, the one listedhere, is not the "limited edition" that you can flash to Ultra speeds?
