nVidia 6800GT Cooling

I'm looking for a quiet alternative to my stock BFG 6800 GT OC cooler. Its the dual 40mm fan version and its freakishly load and annoying. I plan on overclocking so it needs good cooling as well. Any suggestions?
 
lol, i have a Gainward 6800GT. During bios and boot its loud as hell. After windows comes up it drops the fan rpms so its actually quiet.

The BFG doesnt do that?
