nvidia 6800 pci-express when?

Im completely thrilled about this card but any word on when the pci-express version will become available? The speculated "april 26th" date is for the agp version or pci-express?
 
April 26th is the launch date for R420. NV40 was already launched on the 14. They will both start shipping sometime after their launch date.

PCI express for NV40 is a matter for the individual card manufacturers as they only have to ad a bridge chip unlike ATI who developed a seperate GPU. Since most of the card makers also make motherboards, you'll probably see PCI express NV40 as soon as you see pci express motherboards.
 
i would theorize that the nvidia cards might be more available than the ati express cards in the future since nvidia is just mass producing one kind of chip instead of ati, who is producing 2 versions
