Stock is down in aftermarket trading so appears the market sees this as a bit underwhelming or maybe its because Nvidia reported a $1.36B write-off due to the failed ARM acquisition (which isn't really news but not all investors follow tech news and this might be the first they've found out about this).
 
This sort of thing always amuses me when I think of people trying to train models to predict the stock market based on the news 🙂
(Some reasons of course, I guess but still!).
 
Wasted 1.36bil just like that.. Can't believe they didn't figure it out ahead of time that it's not going to work
Better to swing the bat then walk away without trying.

If they had pulled it off, they would have been able to off many of their competitors.
