Have you contacted zotac yet? Never know.

Other than that check eBay or strap, jimmy rig, a case fan on it.

Which card do you have? Is it an open air cooler like the reference 460? If so, you should be able to remove the fan and shroud and zip-tie a couple of 80 or 92mm fans to it.

I did this with my Asus 7790 and it stays cool enough under load even with two 80mm fans at 5v.

thanks I can superglue or strap on something to see.

does it require the fan header to be connected to the card or does it care?

since graphics cards by default use PWM fans for a wide range of speeds, you should connect PWM fans to the graphics card to allow it to adjust speeds according to temperature. But if the fans are not PWM, it makes no difference where you attach them

OK getto mod LOL

I pulled off the shroud and strapped a noctura 120 to the fins.
Not the best pick for a fan but I just wanted to see if it would work.
temps were from afterburner and speedfan.
idle temp was 37 and with a 42% load in sli its top temp was 72.
Well it worked, not the greatest but it should get me to October to have more to pick from for an update.
I have a bunch of fans lying around and will see if I have something better in a smaller fan to fit better on the fins and move more air.
hey it only cost 2 zip ties LOL
thanks big time to everyone
