NVidia 4 Ultra firewall web interface problem

Hi,
I installed nV firewall (6.53 - the newest driver available at nVidia). It is working (at least appplication manager shows its pop-ups), but:

1) firewall web interface does not work (all browsers refused to open the page: http://localhost:3476....)

2) IE and Mozilla refuse to open any page (Netscape and Lotus notes built-in browser are working fine, except address above)

3) When I log in as other user (non-admin) browsers are working fine, but application manager pop-ups do not show up (I doubt if firewall is working at all when logged in at other account than the one the driver was installed)

4) I noticed that apache service dos not run. UIn the log one can read:

I brawsed the web for solution but havent found one except general complaints re nVidia firewal and advises to uninstall - could you help, please.

My system:

XP SP2
GA-K8NXP-9 (NF4 Ultra)
AMD64

Replacing the nVidia mobo drivers in the normal way is sometimes successful, sometimes not. It seems to be random. The best chance of a successful install is had with a clean install of XP followed immediately with the nVidia drivers. Many AMD/NF4 owners have installed the Intel 7.12 Beta or 7.13 drivers; they seem to work at least as well as the 6.53 driver set and the installer seems better - sometimes it will install properly without reloading XP.

Once you get the drivers to install properly you may have some relatively minor issues or perhaps some more serious difficulty. Using the firewall increases the chance of problems; most systems work fine but a few have problems.

Of course, if you are unlucky enough to have problems they don't seem minor
