Hmm, for some reason the driver keeps failing to install. I guess I'll stick to 347.25 until I can figure this out...

Are you trying to update the driver using GeForce Experience? Download the driver manually instead, because GeForce Experience crashes when you open Driver tab.

Looks like, this bug is going from one driver release to the next.

DSR settings aren't selectable unless I mess with my mouse settings, which I do not really want to do. Annoying.

Shouldnt be a problem. After disabling mouse auto-move function and doing all the DSR settings, you can re-enable it. Your configured DSR resolutions will be listed in the resolutions tab and can be accessed regardless of mouse settings.

I have GTX970 and for me the card start using more than 3580MB in games in Full HD with those drivers.
I tested:
skyrim heavy moded
dying Light
far cry4

But still card not using full 4GB.It using only like 100MB more from 3580 to 3680MB.

Aware of the workaround, thank you. But I don't really want to go back and forth doing that for every game I have. It is clearly Nvidia's problem and that.. it hasn't bothered to fix yet.

P.S. Miss the old-school classic control panel of the early-to-mid 2000's. This, is just as bad as AMD's now. Dislike both really.

Nah, I downloaded the driver from Nvidia's website and am installing it from the extracted files. I always do a custom install with just the display driver and PhysX driver, for some reason the display driver is failing. I might try downloading it again...

DSR is a global feature, not game specific as far as I know. I don't know what the mouse issue is though.

Just installed it. No issues.

I always pick custom install. And I just install those components that is updated. (I only install driver+sound+physx).

However this time it decided to uninstall the sound driver, while keeping the physx. Both unchecked. And of course installed a new graphics driver.

Well, I suppose I can have "every res box" ticked... but my way is to disable everything unless I need it and/or use it. An old habit from my FreeBSD days.

You can reproduce it (I think so) by having this option ticked in the mouse settings:

EDIT: This is just way too awkward, can't change the Smoothness settings anyway. Seems like, it's best to disable the "Auto move pointer" until this is fixed.

So you had no issues, but you had issues?

GFE crashes on my 760 and 970 machine... but not my 560Ti machine. 😕

EVGA didn't have the newer driver on their website...

GeForce Experience seems to be fixed now. It looks like the crash was caused by the way the driver release highlights text was formatted (initially it included a table which crashed GeForce Experience).

Solved my problem. I was running out of space on my C: drive... I guess 64GB SSD was not a good choice.

Grabbed me recently a $55 1tb WD Blue off Newegg cause my 180 ssd+80gb sata wasn't cutting it no more.80gb sata is like from 2005 which works as good as the day it was new lol.Got Titanfall on that thing and it loads like a dog.:awe:

Got like my entire Origin library on here, got steam and like 160gb games and more to come just sitting needing space for a install.:'( Got tired of removing other games when i wanted to play others lol.

I too had issues with GeForce experience when trying to install the driver, I tried a couple of times. I uninstalled GeForce experience and manually installed the driver with no issues.

This driver is seems a lot better than the 347.25, Was having a lot of issues w/ those running WoW, NS2, and Dying Light. No more issues with 347.52.

These were taken about 5 minutes apart tops, and I switched back and forth 4 times with the fog returning during the day or night. Other people I'm sure will be able to confirm the same. Anyway time doesn't change when you aren't in the game does it?

edit -> i'm changing the time of day and taking new shots, have to go back 437.25 first, i'll check it out.

edit #2 -> looks like you are correct Gloomy that appears to be the issue, i have been fooled by the games weather system.
