Improvements for Infinite releasing tonight. Heard the game includes an in game benchmark. Debating using a VPN to unlock it early, game is getting really good reviews.

Wow, if these reviews hold, this will be the highest reviewed PC game in about five years.

I bought an AMD card for this and Tomb Raider and sold the card...

Just curious if Nvidia have released new gfx drivers, is there an support for OpenCl on the Titan gfx card yet? I'd like to see it benchmarked with Luxmark renderer.

NVIDA has pretty much dropped their effort in OpenCL...the focus on CUDA and DirectCompute...I guess OpenCL will suffer the fate of OpenGL...

I unlocked the game, unfortunately no anti-aliasing except for FXAA. It's a modified UE3 engine under DX11 and I can't find a bits to force any real anti-aliasing unfortunately.

Game looks good, nothing amazing but Bioshock is more about its art style, can run it maxed out on a single card for a performance reference, so disabled SLI.

Can you quantify how much better it is than ARMA 3? I know it's a different genre, but if you can clarify whether B:I is 100 times-1000x better, i'd appreciate it. Thanks.

 We all know ARMA 3 is the pinnacle of gaming. To play another game simply puts your foot in mouth.

This game is getting GOTY review scores. I liked Bioshock 1 but thought it was fairly repetitive after awhile. Bioshock 2's combat was better than 1, so that in itself led me to like 2 more. Anyways, I'll pick this game up eventually but I've put myself on a no-buy embargo until I play through X-Com, Bulletstorm, I Am Alive, Dishonored, Sleeping Dogs, and Quantum Conundrum. :/ I'm about half way through X-Com right now and it's nearly as good as the original was.

...well, i woudn't burry OpenGL that easy, if a company that can bring openGL back, that one is valve 🙂

People kept saying for Years that Carmack would bring back OpenGL to the mainstream...didn't happen either.

Nvidia being lazy... or focusing all on CUDA (as a ploy to keep OpenCL down).

I think Intel&AMD are enough to keep OpenCL alive.
DirectCompute isnt dieing because its Mircosoft,
however I dont think OpenCL will die either.

It just means nvidia users suffer, if there are OpenCL programs, or they buy AMD instead. Same as if someone needs CUDA.
