i've always bought my PC's from Dell, so this could be a happy move by them for me, being a gamer....lol

Normal SLI's are Dual 8X? So if this is Dual 16X most likely ATI is going to make the X800/X850 series Dual 8X and the X900/R520 series dual 16X :p

It doesn't help us at all right now...someday, when SLI/Crossfire have been replaced by something better, then this will matter :laugh:

Umm... what are you talking about. The graphics cards have no control over what transfer speed the PCI-E bus runs at.
