was tring to update my TNT2 Ultra to the 12.41 drivers but I keep getting the "not a valid win 32 file " when I try to execute the file. I have tried downloading it 3 times from different locations but still keep getting the same. Has anyone else seen tis problem?

Thanks

The executable file is directly from Nividia. My card is a Diamond 770 TNT2 Ultra. It seems that Diamond is not supporting new drivers now
Thanks

This means you are using a download utility. Sometimes, download utilities corupt files giving this error. Just disable your download utility and then download the drivers again.

Thanks Pidge...you were exactly right I was using Gozilla and it must have been causing a problem with the file....after that everything worked like a charm.. I did notice that since I went to 12.41 Ive lost my overclock utility that was with Diamonds drivers. Is there one I can use from Nivida or a 3rd party?
