NVDA going up like crazy

I remembered when it doubled the day that it was anounced that Nvidia would be the chip in the X-box...man, I was sure kicking msyelf over that one.

I reposted this but there was some info there.

Basically the jump is on better than expected earnings, and reafirmed future earnings. Add to this the release of the NV35 next week, and you have traders soiling themselves.

IT should be noted however earnings were less than a year ago, even while beating estimates.
 
Hmm...could this in any way be tied to Xbox prices getting slashed by $50?? You'd think price cuts would lead analysts to slash their profit estimates and lower ratings or something...of course I don't have a clue about how Wall St. works...
 
I'm getting my ass kicked, I shorted at $13.71

They posted weak earnings and next quarter isn't going to be much better.
