Mounted an NV5 Silencer on my 6800gt today.
It does blow out the back(some have had experiences with it sucking)
I put my vantec fan card 2 slots below it and left the pci case slot below the fan card open.
Now it sucks air in from the back of the case and blows it on the nv5, which then exhausts it.
temps at stock clock speed idle where 34 amb and 55 gpu, now they are 30 and 50
temps at stock clock speed full load where around xx amb and 76 max, now they are 35 and 58
I lapped the gpu as well as the memory sinks and used AS5
I will up date this thread with overclocked temps, as well as temps/max speed with 1.4 volt mod
Definately worth the money for a gt or standard, probably close to the same cooling for an ultra, but it does run super quiet as well
