NV5 cooler on 2 Slot PCI-E Cards?

If you mean the 6800U then yes, the yes it will work but you need the Rev. 2 version which includes the 2 slot backplate.

You dont really need the backplate, I dont even use it, I just leave a pci slot open and let the air vent out.
