Hello, I'm on my new system

AMD 64 3400+
DFI lanparty ut3-250
xfx 6600gt
1gb corsair xms

the problem is not intermittent. It has never crashed on me yet while playing any games (knocks on wood) but this happens occasionally when I exit world of warcraft. I tried searching for issues but it seems very random and not really any way to fix it. I'm using the nvidia reference 77 drivers. If anyone has any ideas of what's wrong please let me know. I do have the card overclocked but with adequate cooling and my cpu and case are very good with the cooling. CPU runs around 40-45c and case around 27-30c. Video card runs at 48c idle and about 55c full load.

Thank you.

Try uninstalling the Drivers for your video card and upgrading to the latest drivers, also you may want to make sure you have the latest Bios upgrade for the motherboard.
