The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. Yeah...it's a definate thing (if that's what they'll call the GeForce4 chip). Just wait about 3 to 4 more months and you'll be hearing stuff about it from more reliable sources.
Sometimes I wonder if it's "worth it" to chase technology anymore. New CPUs, GPUs are coming out so fast and my P3-733 can still handle what I do pretty well. I used to go on a 2 year upgrade / buy new machine cycle but now... Hm... maybe not anymore.
