The NV30(FX5800 & FX5800 Ultra) is available in limited quantities,places like Newegg and go to pricewatch.com and enter in the search box with "fx5800" will bring up a few sites.

Did you mean the NV35? by chance? Because the NV30 has been available for a few weeks now.
