I have some artic ceramique thermal paste, should I scrape off the thermal pads that are pre-installed on the NV silencer and/or the stock amd HSF and use the artic stuff? Or do whatever thermal pads they come with already work pretty good. (x2 4200+ cpu).

Anyone using the NV silencer 5 rev3 that used the pad it came with? Does it work just fine?

Thanks, I am just trying to see if its worth the fuss of removing the pads if they don't cool any worse. ;) I cant wait to get this new rig done! Anticipation is killing me. sorry for so many Q's.

IMO, don't. The center stuff, where the GPU contacts, might be worth doing. The RAM pads definitely won't be worth replacing.
