yep...If it's a "reference" design, it's not too tough. You need two different size screw drivers though. One small one to take off the Tiny little "eye glass screws" that hold the aluminum plate with the fancy graphics on it, and a medium size one to take off all the other screws. Be careful when you take off the main GPU heatsink. I'd give it a little "wiggle" and then gently pull it off. After all the screws are undone, everything should come off pretty easily. Be sure to throughly clean all the core/memory surfaces with some high alcohol content (>75%) rubbing alcohol, before applying the thermal paste.
