NV silencer 5 recall

I was also going to buy this for my 6800 GT. Whats the difference between rev. 2 and 3 besides the support for the 7800 series?
 
Damn, I was looking to get one when they're out in the UK.
At least this way hopefully when they are out they'll work properly.

Nice... Those are the two things that suck about the Rev. 3. Anybody ever find out what the recall was for? Was it the wiring..? Were cards getting fried because the fan doesn't come on when the wires are crossed?
