Let me get this straight. NV's newest '60 card, is equivalent the a previous-gen GTX980 card, but AMD's '60 card, is equal to a previous-gen R7 260X, only it doesn't require PCI-E power?
Is this correct?
Edit: And NV's '60 card is acceptable for VR, while AMD's '60 card is for MOBA / eSports gaming?
Edit: I'm interested in an AMD '60 card, IFF I can get one that's single-slot and low-profile, and has a DVI-I port that can be converted to VGA. Not interested in "heavy gaming", more interested in H.264/H.265/HEVC/VP9 web videos, at 1080P (or higher, if VSR is supported).
