Been out for a bit. If they priced it right it'd be a good card. By it's specs 112:56:16 (shader:texture:raster) it should perform like a 9800gt. Sadly it usually comes in a bit behind.
 
Its a new 40nm card with DirectX 10.1 support, CUDA 1.2 and the new VP4 video processor.

However, should perform very similar to the 9600GSO as you mentioned.
