NIce test Thugsrook, with interesting results. I can't believe how much of a difference there is between the two...8fps in X-Isle--jeez!!! :Q Hmmm....

Nice work as usual Thugsrook.

I would also like to point out, for those who aren't familiar with it, that the difference in 3dMark 2001 is not as great as it seems. With the 40x Dets, speed doubles in test 4, a pixel shader test, while speed in the other three gaming tests remains about the. The net result is a 1,000-point boost in 3dMark scores for most users. Of course this boost also shows up in Aquamark and future games that will rely on pixel shader technology.

Nice test... Anyone know if there is any noticeable difference between the last Win9X drivers, 42.30 (which I'm running at the moment) and these 43.00's??

i havnt liked any of the 40 series dets yet ~ im still using 30.82s
