nutrition facts for wild game?

I ate some canadian goose for dinner tonite and was wondering if anybody knows the fat/protein content of something like this?

A quick google search didn't turn much up...

Greatly depends on preperation and parts of the bird eaten I would imagine.

it was roasted in the oven and we ate the breast if that helps.

My *guess* would be that it would be similar to chicken in calorie content, but higher in protien.
