I'm not overweight, but at $10 a day for three meals a day and the convenience of the program appeals to me. I'm sure not every meal is great, but I wonder how bad it could be either.
 
Tried it....didn't stick with it. The food they send is hit or miss. You basically have to try different things to figure out what's edible to you. The big thing that got me was all the veggies you have to add to every meal. It's not that I don't like veggies, but sitting there with a cup of raw baby carrots and a cup of raw spinach just makes the main dish look small in comparison. When I was on it, I was never hungry. In fact a remember a couple of times not being able to finish it all. It just got repetative with the veggies since I didn't have a very wide variety. If you mix up the stuff you add to the meal it's a good plan.

Just don't think that you're getting 3 full meals a day for $10. The price goes up a little by the time you add everything you need to the meal. 😉
