if you look at the list of steaks there, they have several types listed 'seperable lean and fat' and 'seperable lean only'. I'd assume that the 'seperable lean and fat' implies you can cut the fat off the piece of meat...but here's the problem. They have an entry for 'seperable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat'....and the nutritional values listed for that are DIFFERENT than the 'seperable lean only' entries....shouldn't they be the same, since seperable Lean Only, and seperable lean & fat trimmed to 0" fat mean the same thing??
