First off I don't work for these guys, I just wanted to share my experience.
My computer started acting up for the last month so I called tech support, they tried but had no success. I then sent the computer back to them, they replaced/upgraded my mb, installed an new xp2100(b) and new dvd drive. I guess my computer had a virus, so they didn't "need " to make it right but they did. My 1 year warranty expires in 7 days so the timing was right. They did all of this at no charge.
I almost wish I didn't just buy my Dell, especially after all the upgrades that nutrend provided.
I am not sure if this is the right place to praise a company, I looked but this is the place I chose.
