wow, I doubt he could ever get insurance again... if he even had it.

Also, why is it relevant that he was a drunk Texan? Are there not drunk drivers in every state? By a count of misfourtune this moron just happens to call texas home.

It's not really relevant, other than that's basically all that's known about him. That and he has one arm.
