A man is in the hospital hooked up to a full face oxygen machine. In the morning, a young attractive nurse comes in to give him his daily sponge bath. While she is cleaning him, the man looks at her and ask her "Ma'am, are my testicles black?". The nurse blushes lightly and pauses, then responds with "Sir im only here to wash your top half i am sure they are fine.".
The man waits for a moment, and then looks at her again and says "Please, check to see if my testicles are black. Please". After getting over her initial embarrassment, the nurse musters up the courage and reaches down, grabbing his testicles in one hand and his manhood in the other. She looks down and responds to him "They are fine sir".
Slowly removing his face mask and turning to her, the man smiles gently and says faintly, "thanks for that, but listen closely... are my test results back?"
