NumLock issue

Can any body tell me how to enable the numlock when power on. I have enabled in the BIOS, but it still won't stay on when Windows comes up. I have to manual set it. I am using W2K Pro. Thanks.
 
After logging in, press numlock, then restart. It should save the status, and turn it on when you log in next time. It works for me, hope it works for you.
