NUM LOCK on Start-up?

Checked the BIOS and I have it set to NUM LOCK ON

The computer posts and then the NUM LOCK light comes oin right up until Windows is done booting then it turns off.

I'm at work logged in as a restricted user right now, so I can't walk it through sorry. It's not that hard IMO to just dig through the Group Policy editor to find the right settings.
Another thing is make sure that he has the NumLock on when he exits Windows prior to rebooting. That sometimes helps.
