hmmm it seems just as winamp3 was released, my 2.80 has started crashing frequently. but I HATE 3!!! anybody know what to do when winamp 2.80 starts crashing really often on win2k
 
Winamp 3.0 is horrible, talk about resource hog!! Its full of bloated useless CRAP, 2.80 is the best.

i had 512mb ram and winamp 3 doesn't hog cpu time, but i still don't see why winamp 3 use more memory than opera just to play mp3(i've only installed mp3 codec for winamp3) and its sound quality is about the same as sonique 1.95.. i go back to sonique..
