Hey all. I have been all over the internet looking for a solution to this problem. All the websites say to run anti-virus programs and anti-trojan programs. I have done all the recommended steps, yet the problem persists. When I click on start---> control panel---> folder options an error message appears stating "(null) is not a valid win32 application." Any idea what this is, and why this is happening? Please, any help would be great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try running windows system file checker (assuming you are running windows XP - you didn't specify), for more info use the windows help tool and search for sfc
