Not only does the game take place in Russia, but it's being made by Russian developers as well. Best Way (Men of War, Faces of War, Soliders of War, etc, etc) and 1C Company have teamed up to create it. Nuclear Union (the english title of the game) looks to have an atmosphere heavily inspired by STALKER.
Because it's Russian made, it very likely won't have the budget of say, an AAA title made by EA or Bethesda. I have a soft-spot for B-grade budget Russian games though. This will very likely be a day-1 purchase for me.

While the video doesn't show any gameplay, it's supposedly third-person and uses a party system. It uses the same engine used in Men of War, so I'm crossing my fingers that there will be destructible environments (but maybe that's just wishful thinking).
